Confidentiality Agreement
Church life involves handling sensitive matters relating to people’s spiritual wellbeing, finances, property, and pastoral care. For this reason, confidentiality is essential. Grow Church Inc. has clear constitutional processes in place, and any concerns regarding sensitive information should be raised directly with the Senior Pastors or oversight, in line with those processes.
Biblically, issues between individuals are to be addressed directly, as outlined in Matthew 18:15–17, and Scripture warns against gossip and slander. Rumours can damage trust and unity, so open, honest communication and adherence to Biblical principles are vital. Our confidentiality policy exists to protect people, preserve integrity, and maintain trust within the church community.
